For those of you who currently have, or have had a water softener I would like to know what you think. I’m trying to decided if it’s really worth the money.
Thanks!
I’m starting to look into water softeners for our apartment building. There are 8 units, all with 1 bathroom. I’m trying to figure out how much it would cost to get water softeners installed (we have terribly hard water here), and how much it would cost to maintain them.
The most vital aspect to selecting a quality water softener is being an educated consumer. There are tons of different water softeners to choose from, so what makes one better than another? You will want to look at different manufacturers, compare prices, and determine what type of setup will fit and be most convenient for what you’re looking for.
Just because we do not see it immediately it does not mean we are not affected by water that is not purified. There are several water purifiers, water softeners and water purification systems that we can choose from.
I need to replace a home water softener. 3 people, 2 baths. What brand of softener would you recommend and why? Thanks!
I live in an apartment and the water is extremely hard. Are there anyways I can soften my water supply?
We have well water and Culligan installed a water softener 2 days ago. I just washed some whites and they have that faded rust colored stain just as they did before it was installed. Does it take a few days to work itself through?
I bought a water softener last year. I am getting calls from the company stating that it’s been a year and I need my filter replaced. Is this right? Does a filter need to be changed and a water softener system serviced EVERY year? Thanks!
salt after the process is done? 2) should a person who is taking high blood pressure meds even drink softened water, just in case it is salty? 3) if the softener is not working properly, would the water then have added sodium?
